The “ Talsma”  Floating Hotels are Sectional “pod” type units deliverable by Road Transport and assembled quickly when launched.

 

They can be assembled in water to say 12 or more 1 or 2 Bedroom Apartments

Or

A 20/100 plus Bedroom Hotel with full en suite facilities.

 

Floats are designed to support up to 3 x Decks of Apartments.

Delivery as mentioned can be by Transport or Shipped from the Factory anywhere in the World.
